Why
Who is inside the hazardous area right now? On most sites, the answer is a paper list at the door.
Before
Everyone signs a paper sheet at the door. When someone asks who is still inside, you count the names by hand.
The idea
People scan at the door. Supervisors see who is inside as it happens, and the record writes itself.
Now
The first version is in use on site. The new version turns it into a self-serve product with a plan you build yourself.
What teams get
Know who's where, without the admin grief.
Start with access, grow from there
Access Control is the base of every plan. I built the new version so further modules, from visitors to permits, can be added per customer.

Scan in, scan out
Workers check in and out with a QR code or an RFID tag, from their phone or at the door.
Alerts when it matters
If someone misses a check-out or stays too long, the supervisor hears about it in the app or by email.
Every visit on record
Every entry and exit is logged as it happens, so an audit or a safety review already has its record.
Build your own plan
Pick modules and seats and watch the price add up. The free plan needs no card.

Design
Calm, and quick to trust.
One teal accent
A near-white ground, dark ink and a single teal. The same three carry the light theme and the dark one.
Motion that explains
Scroll-driven panels and animated steps walk you through the product. All of it respects reduced motion.
The price before the commitment
The plan builder adds up the monthly total while you choose, so you see the price before you sign up.
The new AccessQR site, before release. accessqr.com still shows the first version.
